Oeuvrer pour une alimentation saine et locale<\/h2>

Pour s’inscrire dans une dynamique d’agriculture locale et raisonn\u00e9e, nous souhaitons proposer des produits bios, sains et cultiv\u00e9s au sein m\u00eame de Rennes.\u00a0Les champignons que nous proposons sont \u00e0 la fois gourmands, nutritifs et sains. Leurs cycles de production sont g\u00e9r\u00e9s manuellement et quotidiennement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Nous sommes pr\u00e9sents sur les march\u00e9s de Sainte Th\u00e9r\u00e8se les mercredis matin et \u00e0 la Garden Partie les vendredis \u00e0 partir de 15h. C’est l’occasion pour nous de parler de nos produits, de vous faire go\u00fbter et de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos tr\u00e8s nombreuses questions !<\/span>

Valoriser les espaces urbains<\/span><\/p>

Nous avons la possibilit\u00e9 de les assainir si besoin et de les maintenir en bon \u00e9tat. C’est pour nous l’occasion de donner une seconde jeunesse \u00e0 tous ces espaces qui ne demandent qu’\u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s. Une agriculture low-tech et faite maison<\/h2>

Nous voulons r\u00e9utiliser les mat\u00e9riaux quand c’est possible et \u00e9viter d’acheter du neuf. Nos salles de croissance et de fructifications, nos m\u00e9thodes de cuisson et nos espaces de recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9nag\u00e9s et construits par nos soins.<\/p>

La culture de nos champignons n\u00e9cessite peu d’\u00e9nergie. C’est aussi comme \u00e7a que nous voyons l’agriculture : proche de l’humain et \u00e0 une \u00e9chelle raisonnable.<\/p>

On a – et on aura – les paysages agricoles et les paysans que nous m\u00e9ritons, ceux de nos choix alimentaires.<\/b><\/p>
